Ali M. Chappell, PhD, MS, RD (formerly Pohlmeier) is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Tech University. She also received a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutritional Sciences with a focus in Reproductive Endocrinology from Texas Tech University. She then completed a National Institutes of Health Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Women’s Health at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She spent her academic career studying the role of nutrition in the treatment of PCOS.

Jennifer Phy, D.O.

Jennifer Phy, D.O. is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with subspecialty board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Phy is an Associate Professor at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Phy completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine education at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and her OB-GYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She then completed a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Phy’s passion is in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Dr. Phy also offers patient care for a variety of reproductive and fertility matters including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), robotic surgery, recurrent pregnancy loss, and endometriosis.

Jaou-Chen Huang, M.D. 

Jaou-Chen Huang, M.D. is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist with subspecialty board certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). He is a tenured Professor at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Huang completed his medical education at the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He then completed a research fellowship in reproductive biology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. After that, he completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York, NY and a clinical fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in Boston, MA. Dr. Huang has been designated as a Women’s Reproductive Health Research Scholar by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. He was inducted to the National Academy of Inventors in 2017.  He specializes on the investigation and treatment of female infertility and hormonal issues, including endometriosis, uterine fibroid (conventional or robotic surgery), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and In-Vitro Fertilization. In addition, he performs corrective surgeries for developmental anomalies of the uterus and vagina.
