Trying Dr. Phy’s PCOS diet was the best thing I could have done. Sticking with it has been even better. I now know my regular cycle. I’m now getting positive LH peaks or surges when testing for ovulation. I’m more excited now about getting pregnant than I was before. I’ve lost weight and feel overall healthier. It has significantly improved my wellbeing. I’m happier and more active. I have less aches and pains. This way of eating is the TRUTH! It’s simple and I feel beyond GREAT. I feel AMAZING! As much as I love pizza and a spicy chicken sandwich, I’m happy with the sacrifice. I don’t miss it nor look at it the same. THANK YOU DR PHY! YOU ARE AWESOME!

I am so grateful to the unexpected chance I received in getting to participate in this study! Not only did I participate and contribute my results to the study, it was a complete eye opener. Before meeting Dr. Phy& getting tested for PCOS, I had always known that my body gained weight quicker than others and I just had many problems overall. I had not realized just how much my diet was impacting EVERYTHING! After doing the study and following the PCOS diet, I not only lost weight for the first time in 7 years (wow!) but my blood sugar levels lowered to normal, my mood was improved and overall I became a more confident person. Before beginning the PCOS diet with Dr. Phy, I felt like I’d tried everything with little to no success. This diet has changed my way of thinking about food and my body, and seeing the incredible results made me feel better about my body than I have in years. Never have I had regular periods or the ability to lose weight like most people. I did not know these issues could be connected until being diagnosed with PCOS.
